Elegant, Spacious 3BD/1BA in Boston

Geräumige Wohnung in gebrauchtem Zustand in sozial schwacher Gegend Positive: Viele Schlafzimmer und Waschmaschine und Trockner Negative: Kein schönes Erscheinungsbild wenn man zur Haupttür herein kommt. Ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus und in der Wohnung. Es können kaum Fenster geöffnet werden. Zudem ist die Duschwanne und Teile der Kücheneinrichtung stark gebraucht. Die Gegend wurde uns von Taxifahrern als nicht immer sicher angezeigt.

Spacious and Comfortable Home for a Large Group Positive: The property was incredible for a large group or family gathering. This is probably the best home for value to accommodate a group of >10 in the Boston area. We had 14 people on a family trip and this airbnb was able to accommodate beds for everyone, including bunk beds, pull out trundle beds, and couches that were all very comfortable. Spacious street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room for games, with washer and dryer. Negative: Wifi didn't work although this was quickly rectified. The hosts sometimes were a bit slow to respond to questions so it might be useful if they hire a property manager to help with this. Only 1 bathroom. Would be helpful to have an extra stash of more blankets and pillows available for the extra beds.
